Jackie has been part of the Bedzzz Express family for over two years and her favorite part of her job is consulting with her customers to take the confusion out of their selection process. 'Jackie says 'I had a wonderful couple in their late 60s come in to the store needing a new mattress. It had been over 15 years since they had bought one, so not knowing the new technology I conducted a Comfort Profile with them to help guide them to what their body was telling them they needed for a better night sleep. They decided on a firm contour Tempur-Pedic with the adjustable base. Several months later they wandered back into the store after eating lunch at a restaurant in the shopping mall where we are located to show me that he is no longer using his cane that the Tempur-Pedic puts him in such alignment that his hip wasn't cramping any longer and both gave me a huge hug.
