Meet Jackie Cox, the manager of our Owens Cross Roads, AL location and the District Manager of North Alabama. Jackie has been in the bedding industry since 2009 and joined the Bedzzz Express family in 2017. Her favorite part of the job is consulting with customers to take the confusion out of the mattress selection process. Jackie takes pride in conducting a Comfort Profile to help guide her customers to what their body needs for a better night's sleep. She recalled a memorable experience with a couple in their late 60s who needed a new mattress. After guiding them to a firm Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base, they returned to the store months later to thank Jackie for the improved quality of their sleep. Jackie loves building relationships with her customers and considers them to be friends. When she's not in the store, Jackie enjoys being out on the boat fishing or cruising around in her classic cars. She is personable and professional, making sure that customers get the best possible experience in finding their ideal sleep solution.
